LAUREL HOUSE APARTMENTS
34-unit apartment building for homeless youth (ages 18 to 24). Will provide permanent housing and services for young people at serious risk of long-term homelessness. Opening October 2020.
The House
The House is 10 bed temporary shelter for homeless, runaway, and unaccompanied youth ages 13 through 20. The House helps teens move towards stable and safe housing and other youth-driven goals through intensive case management and support from advocates, volunteers, and mentors.
STREET OUTREACH
The Street Outreach Program (SOP) reaches out to homeless, runaway and unaccompanied youth between ages 13 and 24 in Mesa County who are living on the street or couch surfing. The program employees Youth Advocates who reach out to homeless youth on the streets, at locations that these youth frequent, and at all high schools in Mesa County.
Bonnie's House
Bonnie’s House is a five bed permanent supportive housing program for homeless youth in Mesa County. Youth in this program receive supportive services provided in part through Karis and in part through Whole Health Limited, an affiliate of Mind Springs Health.
TLP
Matthew’s House, Benni’s House, and three licensed Host Homes make up our Transitional Living Program. The Transitional Living Program provides 11 beds and services for up to two years.
ZOE House
Zoe House is a safe transitional housing program for youth survivors of domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault and stalking. Zoe House serves 18-24 year olds and their dependents who are homeless or about to become homeless because they are survivors of the aforementioned crimes.
Host Home Program
If you have a spare room in your home, you can provide youth experiencing homelessness with the safety and security they need to reach their full potential. You can give them a HOME.
